Bentley, a name synonymous with luxury, has upped the ante with their diesel-fueled Bentayga.  The Bentayga currently holds the world title of “fastest SUV”, reaching 0-60mph in just 4.8 and topping out at 168mph.  Its 4.0-litre V8 engine pumps out 435hp and 664lb-ft of torque, with peak torque starting at 1,000 rpm.  But peak driving performance is just the tip of the iceberg.  In true Bentley fashion, the Bentayga offers off-road luxury via an exquisite integrated Mulliner Hamper Set.

The Mulliner Hamper Set comes with a refrigerator, bespoke fine Linley china cutlery, crockery and crystal glass, and storage area for dry goods.  For added comfort, sections of the hamper can be removed and used as seats, while a solid gold, diamond-encrusted bespoke Breitling clock keeps track of time.  The Bentayga’s touchscreen infotainment system features one of three sound systems, Bentley Standard Audio, Bentley Signature Audio, or Naim for Bentley Premium Audio, to keep the off road party going.

En route, backseat passengers will appreciate the Bentley Entertainment Tablet – a removable 10.2” device for onboard connectivity, as they cruise down the road on standard 20” ten-spoke alloy wheels.  Drivers will appreciate technological additions such as park assist, traffic sign recognition, and Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) which includes Stop & Go, Predictive ACC and Traffic Assist.
