The All-Weather 2017 Dodge Challenger GT AWD

America’s beloved muscle car, the Dodge Challenger GT, has laid claim to being the world’s first and only all-wheel-drive American Muscle Coupe!  Designed to prevail in treacherous terrain, the Dodge Challenger GT AWD is equipped to handle even the snowiest winding roads.  Advanced technology sensors in the Challenger GT can sense when extra traction is needed and transform the predominantly 100% rear-wheel drive into all-wheel-drive by engaging the front axle.  To improve handling on slippery surfaces such as ice and snow, Dodge equipped their mighty muscle car with Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems.

Despite the weather, drivers will enjoy harnessing the power generated by Dodge’s award-winning, 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine and optimize 305 hp and 268 lb.-ft. of torque via standard TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission.  And thanks to 19-inch aluminum wheels encased in P235/55R19 BSW all-season performance tires, drivers can enjoy superior traction year-round.

Dodge will commence production on the Challenger GT AWD starting January 2017 and will start at $33,395.  It will include standard features such as premium heated and ventilated, Nappa leather seats, a heated steering wheel, Alpine speakers, and a 8.4-inch touchscreen display.
